ADFC is available in English

ADFC Navier-Stokes solver is being translated to
English. As you know, an English web page was
uploaded a month ago and today we have just
released a translated tutorial, executables and a
example.

We hope that the new English interface will help
non-Spanish people to use the program.

Please, notice that data from previous versions of
ADFC is not compatible with 3.13 and later.

Even though, Spanish web page and documentation
will always be available.
