#18 Space bar --> cycle action

When the text cursor focus is on the list of
available applications, it does nothing. (I am using
Adept 1.91.) The space bar could be used to cycle
through the available actions in the "Requested"
field for the selected component(s).

Accessibility (e.g. for user with keyboard-only UIs)
would be improved by doing this.
