#14 Login Issues

I've tested this with IE 6.02x and Netscape 4.77, and
I get the same errors.

I registered through the system, I login, and the
first time in I get a Please Login! msg on the right
frame. I logout, relogin, it works fine. I try to
enter a course, same msg, at various parts of the html
load. I have cookies on, etc, etc. The problem seems
intermittent...
