#372 Rate Variance entry is wrong in Libero Adempiere

I feel the Rate Variance entry related to Libero Manufacturing is wrong in ADempiere. Assume one of the components standard price has reduced after 'Completing' MO. That means the PP_ORDER_COST shows the components previous standard cost in MO, while the M_Cost shows the current standard cost. In this case, I feel it should debit 'WIP' & credit 'Rate Variance' for the difference in rate. Instead of this, system is doing the other way.

Can you pls look into this. Pls see the attached Excel sheet.
