[Addanc-developer] Revised Config File

I've attached the revised config file.

I've got the fileRecorder working and a shell of the mySQLRecorder. I'm in the
process of refactoring instrumentationRecorder to load the recorders and
publish the Txn metrics each one. When that is complete (this afternoon I
hope), I propose to check everything in before starting work on the actual
implementation of mySQLRecorder.
