[Addanc-developer] Config File for Recorders

I have attached a proposed modification to the Brick configuration file. This
declares the recorders to subscribe to InstrumentationRecorder. It may be a bit
much to load the recorders dynamically, however it's a technique I'm interested
in and it will allow us (or others) to add new recorders without changing the
code.
