[Addanc-developer] An ElementTree Compromise...

I would like to use ElementTree instead of xml.dom.minidom in config.py. I will
retain config.appSettings, which should make it transparent to brick. I will
add config.tree which gives access to the full tree, which would make
configuring the reporters much easier. It does mean that ElementTree has to be
installed on every brick.

What do you think?
