#2 User Authentication

Right now the currently released version does not
support user authentication. I am having problems with
the Base32 conversion and the Tiger hashing. However
the SVN version does have some user authentication
support. I added the Users.xml file that supports
authenication based on ADC Client IDs, however the
password checking doesnt work yet. I am hoping the
resolve this as soon as possible.
