ADBackup 3 release

Now the I ended the work on ADBackup 3.0 and release it

For the new feature see this post or the changelog.

I added the installer to the files. In this directory I added the script and the chnagelog too.

The dependencies (ADB) are now stored in an extra directory.

I hope youn enjoy it.

Maybe I will made a website for this project hosted on [adbackup.sf.net]. Currently there is only a redirection to the summary because the new SF-beta system is currently in development. So it has't all the features, which I want/need.
