Ada Structured Library / News: Recent posts

This release adds the following:
- A reference counting pointer
- A rework of the string tokenizer
- A very sophisticated calendar package

This release adds the following functions:

* A telnet protocol handler
* An abstract file I/O package
* A debug output framework
* An interactive command processor
* A string tokenizer
* Lots of little helpers to tie all these together

Some of this code is subject to change if people have suggestions to improve it.
