usage: qmule org.qcmg.qmule.SubSample -i <input> -o <output> --proportion (0,1) --log <log file="">
Option Description

-h, --help Shows this help message.
-i, --input <input> Specifies an input file.
--log <logfile> specify the log file
--loglevel <loglevel> specify the log levle, eg: EXEC,TOOL,
DEBUG,INFO. By default, it is INFO
-o, --output <outputfile> Specifies the output file.
--proportion <Double: <a="" class="alink notfound" href="0%2C1">0,1> specify the proportion of total reads
you want to output
