#15 Comments lost for functions

When trying to extract comments for functions that are
larger than one line, the comments above the multi-lined
function are lost.

example:

-- This comment is extracted.
function create_instance return instance

-- However this comment is not.
function create_instance (queue_data : data_struct;
recv_obj : recv.objects) return instance;
