Due to a few security issues a new attachment mod version has been released.

Please update your Attachment Mod to version 2.4.2. You are able to use the changed files only package
if you haven't modified any attachment mod files or the patch file package if you are familiar with patch files.
I suggest using the patch method here if you have a heavily modified attachment mod in use.

This Mod adds the ability to attach files in phpBB2.
This Version will NOT work with phpBB2 Modules designed for *Nuke Portals. Those working with *Nuke Portals are ports and will

Due to the release of phpBB 2.0.18, a few bugs and some security concerns a new attachment mod version has been released.
This release is an overhaul of the codebase, including the mechanism used in olympus to sanitize input.

Please update your Attachment Mod to version 2.4.0 as soon as possible. You are able to use the changed files only package
if you haven't modified any attachment mod files or the patch file package if you are familiar with patch files.
The code changes tutorial for this mod version are not made available due to the vast amount of small changes.

Due to the release of phpBB 2.0.16 and a few bugs a new attachment mod version has been released. With this version the pre-modified files
will be seperatly downloadable, they are no longer stored within the attachment mod archive.

Please update your Attachment Mod to version 2.3.14. You are able to use the changed files only package
if you haven't modified any attachment mod files or the patch file package if you are familiar with patch files.
As a bonus for those having modified their attachment mod version and are unable to use the patch files (for what reason ever),
they will find the code changes tutorial from 2.3.13 to 2.3.14 attached to the announcement (see below for url). For all others

Hi,

a new version of the View Attachments Addon is available.

This Mod is an Addon to the Attachment Mod.

This Mod will display all of your Attachments on a forums basis. It's similar to the memberlist.
Of course, only those Attachments are displayed the User have Permission to download/view.

The admin is able to define default values for sorting and forum display.

due to a security bug i am releasing a new version of the Attachment Mod.
I highly encourage you to update your Attachment Mod to this version,
because all previous Versions are affected by this bug.

From now on the Attachment Mod is Feature frozen. Additional Features will be introduced only as Addons, as you know it from the View Attachments addon.

Version 2.3.5 Language Packs are compatible with 2.3.6.

Version 2.3.6 is far more stable than Version 2.3.5, it is highly recommended to update. :)
