#54 Buffer problem

Hi, I recently installed the DWL 650+ for a connection to DWL
900AP+. Compiled the sources, installed the module, made ifconfig
und iwconfig - all without any problems. Even route was without
problems. ping never works.

Found a huge /var/log/warn and a huge /var/log/messages file with
entries every second:

kernel eth1 (WE) Buffer for request 8B18 too small (0<10)
kernel eth1 (WE) Buffer for request 8B0B too small (< 564)

I have some Linux and some network knowledge (unfortunately not
too much) but I have no idea what this means.

Is there one who has the same or similar problems and - more
important - is there one who can give me some explanation and/or
help to fix that?

Any help is appreciated. Many thanks in advance.

    Hi,
this error message most definitely indicates a (or to be
exact: yet another) wireless-tools version problem.
Closing the report - feel free to reopen in case you need
further help if it's not the case.
