#44 D-Link DWL-650+ and Debian - link but no traffic

Mark Deason

I have apparently successfully installed 0.2.0 pre 6 on
Debian with the 2.4.20 kernel. iwconfig wlan0 seems to
show connectivity, but when I assign an IP address,
nothing seems to work. I am using a DL-614+ router /
access point with firmware version 2.18. I was
initially using WEP on the access point, but disabled
it for testing purposes without any positive effect.
Wireless Link Monitor also reports a good signal and
indicates no signal when the driver is not loaded.

# iwconfig wlan0
