the release notes seem to imply that acx100 is reasonably stable on AMD64, but I am not seeing that. Using latest 2.6.11RC2 kernel, and have tried both 44 build and 43 build, I can get a link to my access point, but within a minute or so, it will have crashed the kernel. Pinging my AP will make it fall over almost striaght away. Anyone else seen this behaviour? Are there any previous releases that work well on AMD64? Are there any known problems with other kernel options (pre-emptive???). I did notice I got lots of wanrings during compile. Was this normal on AMD64? Running Gentoo Linux (2004.3) with kernel 2.6.11 RC2. Thanks. |
