Without WEP the driver works pretty good, haven't had any problems with it. Kernel 2.4.22 Gentoo ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Date: 2003-10-03 14:53 Message: Logged In: NO Just tried out 0.20pre3 it's kicking, I have enabled WEP 256 and it is working as expected in Ad-Hoc mode. Thanks guys. Just for the record: I run Gentoo 1.4, Kernel 2.4.22, D-LINK DWL 520+ on the Linux Server and a DWL 650+ on my Windows laptop. I connect via dhcp from the laptop(ad-hoc mode) to the server which shares connection via adsl. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Andreas Mohr (andim2) Date: 2003-10-03 12:43 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=132674 Try 0.2.0pre3, it has several WEP related things fixed which should improve WEP support a lot. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=543746&aid=814423&group_id=75380 |
