#9 add sets for required properties

Currently if "higher" restrictions require an
individual or class to have some property value and
it doesn't, the "set"is not shown. For example, a
DataTableColumnInfo Individual should always have a
rowsSetColumn value. These should appear in the table
so the modeler just has to add a value.
