#13 boolean parameter learning

A parameter, such as table alternate row shading, is boolean. If the layout look and feel is saved without such a parameter being given an explicit value, the saving of defaults will not happen for that parameter because HTML forms do not return a value for false. If it is given a value explicitly, then a learning default will be created for it upon saving layout look and feel. This will allow the learned value to be activated once a session has been saved (for this user).
