Okay, so the Version 0.3 installer doesn't work. I finally fixed it.

Version 0.3 finally has automatic verse update, in addition to an installer on Windows.

Version 0.2 finally has a logo!

0.15 fixes the excessive CPU usage and adds a right-click menu to the system tray icon if there is one.

0.11 fixes the window title, but still only has two verses.
