#148 Reocurring Events - calendar
A list of reoccuring events. Maybe focussed on annual events because the goal is more conferences/trainings/major protests (whereas weekly or monthly reoccuring events tend to be vigils, meetings, and smaller events).
Could add a new calendar (in addition to the listevent-1.htm one), for a list of possible upcoming events.
Allow users to make suggestions about whether the event has stopped being annual. Encourage comments about it.
So an annual conference would appear as two events - one recurring one (where date and location info could be vague), and one that happens only once. Downside: this might really confuse users.
