#347 Multiple Users Tripped For User-Based Role

Steps to re-create:

1) Setup a form and at least one workflow role. On the workflow role, setup a user-based rule that when tripped, selects more than one person for workflow.
2) Create a form and trip the role
3) The workflow summary page only shows the FIRST person as tripped.

If you complete the form and go to the review tab, you'll see that actually all users are tripped. So, it seems that the workflow evaluation code is working properly, it's just the display code on the workflow summary page.
