#325 Deleting File Error With Repeating Pages

To Replicate:
1) Create a form that allows a user to upload a file and uses repeating pages (Can use AlanFileInput2 and switch to proper version)
2) Go into form and upload a file on first repeating page and a second file on a second repeating page.
3) Save and Exit the form
4) Go into Documentum to make sure that both files were uploaded to the repository successfully
5) Edit the form -- Go to the first repeating page and say that you do not want to upload another repeating page
6) Save and Exit the form
7) Go into Documentum -- the file from the second repeating page should no longer be in the repository.

Currently, the file from the second repeating page is remaining in the repository after you delete it's page (you delete the page in Step 5). This should not be happening as the repository should be deleting that file when that page no longer exists.
