#274 Manage Page Checkboxes fail to save

If you go to manage page and click a checkbox (or presumably edit any metadata on the page) and click reorder and reorder questions, or click to add a new question and then cancel, any changes you made on manage page are reverted. However, if you successfully add a new question, edit a question, delete a question, save, etc, the changes persist.
