#254 Reassign Group Based Tasks

The wizard will not let you reassign a task assigned to a group, which makes sense. However, once a user acquires the group based task, the wizard still will not let the user be reassigned. Once a user acquires a group based task, this user should be available for reassignment. I'm betting that the problem is that the code is only accounting for the role being group-based, and not looking to see if the task has been acquired.
