#193 Copy Page Set - Adobe Mappings

When copying a page set that contains adobe mappings, the mappings are not copied over as well. The new page set refers back to the original adobe mappings, so any changes to the mappings affect both forms. When copying a page set, any associated adobe mappings should be copied as well and associated with the new page set.
