#7 Context menu enhancement

The context menu along with the list of available scripts,
should also contain a 'run a script...' option, and a sub
menu with the list of running scripts such that you can
simply click the menu item to stop them. (ie, "stop
running script. >")

It might be an idea to also chuck the menu on the main
winamp menu rather than just in the playlist.
