If you were using 2.0 (which you're not), you wouldn't have to do
anything special.

In 1.x, I believe you'd have to change the registry hive property (in
the ActiveLock control) to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE (as opposed to
HKEY_CURRENT_USER). But I'm not 100% sure on this.
