Hi Aidan,
The MaxCount property in the license file there for future use (2.1
perhaps).  It is intended to be used for multi-user licensing, but is
not yet being enforced.
About the message board, the team member in charge of administering it
seems to be on permanent vacation, and I no longer have the time to
monitor 2 mailing lists as well as the message boards.  Sorry.
Mailing list is your best way to get answers from me.
