[ActiveLock-Users]Help Me!

Hi,

Im a new user to the ActiveLock system.  While trying to implement it.  
I notice that i can manage a "successful registration", but whenever I 
restart the application, the registration is no longer valid.  What may 
I be overlooking?  Also, are there any tips on how to determine which 
kind of registration the current user has (i.e. temporary or demo)?
