Hi Joshua,
Why do you have to convert ActiveLock to VB.Net?  You should be able to 
import COM libraries into your VB.Net application and use it as-is. I 
think our tutorial even shows you how it's done...simple matter of 
adding the reference to the ActiveLock2 library.
