These features (called Timed Expiry or Periodic Expiry License) are already
available in ActiveLock 2.0 alpha 1.  You can issue a license that will
expire on a certain date or after X number of days.

This feature is in the plan for Alpha 2...coming out soon to a SourceForge
server near you. :-)
