Hi Ambski.

As I understand, you use AL v1.5 and you receive software codes from your 
users in lower case format, correct?

All codes AL1.5 generates, both softwarecodes and unlock codes are in hex 
format (the numbers 0 -9 and upper case letters A-F). My first guess is that 
your users maybe write down the codes in lower case, regardless of what they 
read on the register form. Check this out...
