Summary: lowercase Software Code registration problems

Hi SF,
I have a software which is protected by activelock 1.5 
quite successfully however recently i have received 2 
software codes from users which have the letters in 
lowercase. I generate the Unlock code as normal but it 
does not work.

I have tried all alternatives, ie: changing the software 
code letters to uppercase and generating code / 
generating the code and replacing with lowercase letters 
etc but to no avail.

All uppercase software codes are registering without 
problems. 

I am desperate for support on this issue. Please help.
