This is in response to your queries...

We've got Pete--technical advisor, Mads--testing,  Dan
Keeley--docs/tutorials, Wade's all-the-time busy but is willing to get
back into it, and the rest of the members I haven't heard from them
lately so I don't know what their situation is. And then there's me.

| Where do we stand on a full release?

~ We're in Beta 2.  I have no urgent plan for us to go GA/Gold yet.  It
all depends on user feedbacks. Let it soak for a while and if there
are no major issues reported, then we can upgrade the status to
Production/Stable.

| What can I do to help?

For one, I need you to manage the forums.  A couple of times I went in
there and noticed that some members have been waiting for 15 days for
membership validation.  Can you see if IPB has a notification feature
where either you or me will get an email whenever some body is asking
to join?

| Also insofar as the website is

Glad to hear that, but I need you to set the permissions properly
whenever you make changes, so that if I need to "bother" again,  I can.

Pete and I had been discussing this recently.  The tutorial covered
alot of grounds but we still need a developer's guide to 1) show the
developers how to make the most  out of AL to secure their apps as
best as they can, and 2) give them tips on what they need to do should
they decide to modify the code to suit their own needs.

Online Wike docs are nice, but we'll need something that we can ship
with the release, so that the poor souls who don't have dedicated
Internet access can access it better.

(BTW, this is something you promised to do nearly a year ago)
Once we're in agreement with the format, I'll send you the raw
