Initial Comment:
Found in 2.0.6
When LockType is set using an OR combination of
multiple types, the generated license is always invalid.

Some sample combinations  tested were:
1) LockType = lockHD Or lockComp
2) LockType = lockHD Or lockMAC
3) LockType = lockHD Or lockMAC Or lockWindows
