Team,
Please join me in welcoming Peter Young to the team.  Some of you may 
already know Pete in the past.  He and I have been in constant 
discussions off-line, where Pete has offered many useful tips for 
improving the security of AL.  After much beggings by yours truly (and 
boy, are my knees worn out!), Pete has finally agreed  to come on-board 
officially so that you all can benefit (and hopefully participate) in 
some of our discussions as well.
