[ActiveLock-Users]alcrypto error---need help

Help....lol
I got AL to work after getting a correct Vcode. Now, if I install my app on 
an XP machine, it works fine, but an install on a 98se machine gives 
a....Run-time error 21477221487.......alcrypto.dll has been tampered.

Any clues??

Do you know if your installer touches/modifies the timestamp of the 
files that it installs?
