#11 Update Code Comments...

Could you please update the code comments for use in VS 2005 and 2008's Intellisense? I have been going through the code and updating them myself, in about 6 hours I have 2 files done, and there are 36 :(

It would be nice if you could make the updates to the comments as you release versions updates!

There is also a bunch of code that is not commented at all!
