I finally was able to get Activa TSP configured correctly for my Switchfin/asterisk 1.4 setup. Outbound calls work fine.
What I am trying to figure out is call popups for inbound calls -- I have entered all sorts of different things into the "agent" section but no luck- when inbound calls come in I get no popup from Microsoft dialer.exe (yes it is open).
Is there some secret to this?
Do I *need* to have agents/call queues defined for this to work? (because I do not- this is for a home setup, I have no need for agent). Thank you for any advice.
ussing common distribution like Trixbox it works, and with a simple dialplan too. I think that it can be because CALLERID(name) is overwriten by dialplan.
¿Can you activate activa Tracing and post the logs here?
How do I activate Activa tracing?
Go to your Phone and Modem options in Control Panel, go to Advanced, then click "Configure" when ActivaTSP is selected. Under "Activa Logging" (bottom right) there is an option to "enable trace"
