Tested with ActivaTSP-1.8.10 on Win7 64bit:

Activa installed, PC is NOT connected to Asterisk server (or Asterisk down).

Upon opening our program, program hangs. Debug session found that lineInitializeEx hangs forever.
PC without ActivaTSP has no problem.

Is there no fallback if Asterisk is not reachable? Hanging lineInitializeEx is no option and considered as a serious bug.
