Changes from 0.94 to 0.94.1

- bugfix: <input-variable> with false 'if' condition overrided value
           with null
- bugfix: <input-variable> direct 'value' now recognizes all number
           types
- bugfix: standard type handlers now deal with widening conversions from 

           wrapper classes to primitive types (Byte -> short etc.)
- bugfix: ActionConfig with no <components> caused NullPointerException
- added note about Velocity.properties to the Specification
