#3 Error in DATA.rules.txt

When I attempt to send an email using the default SMTP
configuration, I receive the following error:

<25>TCPD, Error 3 in the rule file
"conf\smtp\DATA.rules.txt", line: 9, char: 18, 3:56:1:3
<30>SMTPD, 127.0.0.1, Reply: 500 error: 3, 3:56:1:3
<25>TCPD, Error 2 in the rule file
"conf\smtp\Message-ID:.rules.txt", line: 9, char: 47,
3:56:1:3
<30>SMTPD, 127.0.0.1, Reply: 500 error: 2, 3:56:1:3

I looked at DATA.rules.txt, but I can't see anything in
there that should be changed. Any help would be
greatly appreciated.
