Very rough Russian - English readme.txt translation. Not perfect, but certainly good enough to give your users an idea of how to use your server. Hope it helps!
Hi again,
Here's a rough Russian to English translation of your
readme.txt file I did via one of the online translator sites. It's
not perfect, but I tought it might be a nice start for you to
work off of. I think a lot of people would be interested in your
project. Good open source systems line this for Win32 are
hard to find. If this prooves to be a stable product, and fits
my needs, I'd be interested in using is as my primary mail
server at my web hosting company. Let me know if there is
anything I can do to help you out.
Regards,

Great! Thank you for translation! I will review it and post to
the site.
Let me know, if you need my help to setup and configure
acSMTP (and POP/IMAP) for your site. More options available
in our Eserv/3 project based on acSMTP/acIMAP kernel.
Antivirus API, Antispam plugin for SMTP (PopFile accessed via
XMLRPC), Antivirus (KAV, DrWEB, Srop!, UNA APIs), ODBC
backend for authorization, Bitrix Sitemanager integration, ini
files support etc :) There also no any English docs, but I'm
ready to start (with your help ;)

I too am trying to figure out how to install and use this thing. So far I have it up and running, but can't get it to send or receive e-mails. I just can't figure out how the configuration works. If someone could make a true translation of the readme, it would make all the difference in the world.
Also, about this Eserve/3 project, where does one find info about it? I tried searching here on sourceforge, but I didn't find anything. I also tried google and didn't find anything either.
