Latest on backing up the wiki is here:

I guess I need to develop a script to grab everything. Note that the wiki isn't mentioned on that page.

File area can be backed up sensibly with rsync. rsync will backup without transferring files we've already got. The other options do not support this.

Turns out the rest of a sf2.0 project can't be easily backed up. Joy!
