    Finally, someone supporting ACPI in Linux... one question though...

    I am running Kernel 2.4.8-ac5 with ACPI (BusManager, System and button) all compiled in to the kernel, but ACPID doesn't respond or do anything when I press the power button, etc...

      I have verified that if I give a event file to the acpid to work on, then it finds the events properly.

      Main question is: What am I doing wrong?
