#4 update download fails

i just recently reinstalled decal and all plugs and now ive
got ac locator without any updates... and when i try to
update it the download completes but i get an error
saying that it fails... any ideas?

im running xp.. with decal 2.4.1.3

aclocator itself is updating fine but it fails for me when it tries
to update acmaps is the addy wrong for the dat file ?
