When viewing packs on a CD-ROM (for instance from Dark
Domain DVD), acidview does not list or allow viewing of
the files inside of the zip, arj, lzh whatever archives
as it does on a regular non-readonly hard disk.
I am guessing it's due to the fact that the disc is
readonly and thus something is trying to get written
there? Is this the case/ If so.. could you add a
configuration option or environment variable to support
writing "temporary" files for acidview in the temporary
directory (or just use %TEMP%)?
If that isn't the case, would be cool if you guys could
fix it so that it COULD see files inside of archives on
a readonly medium and view just like a harddisk.
