#8 region information in lsdvd

It would be really useful if lsdvd could show the
region mask
for a DVD; something like what libdvdnav reports:

"libdvdnav: DVD disk reports itself with Region mask
0x00fd0000. Regions: 2"

if you can tell me where in the dvdread data sctuct the
field is, i'll see about adding it in. personally i have no
desire to dig through all that data again though.
