Summary: ACEUNIT_LOGGING_STYLE_SIMPLE doesn't work

Initial Comment:
ACEUNIT_LOGGING_STYLE_SIMPLE doesn't work.

Expected Behaviour:
When ACEUNIT_LOGGING_STYLE is set to ACEUNIT_LOGGING_STYLE_SIMPLE, AceUnit works fine and logs only failures.

Actual Behaviour:
When ACEUNIT_LOGGING_STYLE is set to ACEUNIT_LOGGING_STYLE_SIMPLE, AceUnit doesn't work. It fails because the runner tries to access fields in macros that do not exist through macro globalLog.
